Our Client Relations team has extensive experience in planning and problem solving. You will always have a friendly, dedicated representative to answer your questions. In addition, you have access to employees at all levels, including management and leadership.
Experienced Information Technology staff is onsite for custom data manipulation and programming based on your needs and goals.
Our diligent Production Teams are cross trained within their departments for maximum security, efficiency and ergonomic health. FISC Solutions looks for several skills when selecting members of the Production Team including excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, quality conscious, and proficient equipment operation skills. Data entry staff are expected to key 10,000 strokes per hour and maintain an accuracy rate of 99% or greater.
Jerry Blodgett - President and CEO
I am responsible for the organization's business activities to ensure secure and efficient operations and delivery of high quality services to our clients. Prior to joining FISC in 2011, I spent my entire career in the payments and financial services industry and have authored several articles on the industry that have been published in American Banker, Bank Technology News and Advanced Imaging Magazine. Most recently, I was employed by Symcor in Atlanta, GA as the Director of Sales and Solutions Consulting where I focused on large scale payments outsourcing. I have also worked in a sales management capacity for Alisys Technologies, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and Unisys/Burroughs Corporation. A Maine native, I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and Resource Economics, as well as a Masters of Business Administration degree with a major in Business Administration from the University of Maine, Orono.
Kristine Avery, SPHR - Senior Vice President of Human Resources
I am responsible for the Human Resources, Facility and Administrative Services teams, and I am focused on employee satisfaction, organizational learning and development for the company. Prior to joining FISC in 2000, I spent 10 years in the financial services industry, serving five years as a Vice President of Administration/Human Resources for a Maine based financial institution. I completed the Human Resource Management Certificate Program at the University of Southern Maine and am certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). I am the Immediate Past President for the Human Resource Association of Southern Maine, the State Director for SHRM Maine State Council, and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the American Management Association and serve on the Board of Directors for Casco Federal Credit Union and the Windham Nazarene Church. Additionally, I am an instructor for the Human Resources Certification Preparatory Course (PHR and SPHR) program at the University of Southern Maine.
Kevin Broughton - Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Operations
I have more than 20 years of experience in the information technology field, 18 of which are in the financial services industry. I am responsible for providing leadership direction for FISC Solutions' technical infrastructure, working with the Leadership Team to continue to grow the company through technical resources, and for managing personnel in the Information Technology and Security departments. Additionally, I oversee the development, implementation and management of the IT department while actively working with the IT Steering Committee, Security and Compliance staff and leadership peers, to achieve corporate strategic initiatives. Prior to joining FISC in 2009, I was most recently employed by First Atlantic Commerce in Bermuda, as the Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Operations. I hold a B.S. degree in Computer Science Engineering from Norwich University and serve on the Central Maine Community College Computer Technology (CPT) Advisory Committee.
Melissa Pratt - Senior Vice President of Finance
I am responsible for the overall financial management of the company and have over 21 years of experience in the Accounting and Finance areas. I provide strategic financial leadership and support the evaluation, planning and implementation of corporate strategic initiatives, while overseeing all financial related matters. Prior to joining FISC in 2001, I was employed by Cigna Healthcare for 8 years, most recently as Financial Analyst. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley College and a Masters in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. I currently act as the Advisory Board Chair for the United Valley American Red Cross, serve on the American Red Cross of Southern Maine Board and am a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.
