FISC Solutions provides outsourcing services for financial institutions, businesses, and nonprofit organizations. FISC's solutions include payment processing; donations processing; item (check) processing; remote deposit capture; retail, wholesale and wholetail lockbox; statement printing and mailing; invoice printing and mailing; eBilling; eStatements; creative form design services; inventory management; loan servicing; online image archive; and business continuity services.

Founded in 1977 by Maine community financial institutions, FISC has a consistent record of providing high quality personal service. Annual client survey results confirm that FISC has a highly satisfied customer base.

Throughout our history, FISC has protected the private information of tens of thousands of our client's customers. FISC receives regular examinations from banking regulatory agencies. Additionally, FISC has annual SAS 70 Type II audits, third-party Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP) audits, extensive internal audits, and GLBA risk assessment programs.

Two Maine community banks, Androscoggin Bank and Norway Savings Bank, equally own FISC. The two banks have combined assets of more than $1.6 billion. Both banks have been owners of the company for most of its 30-year history. The company has approximately 100 employees. The four members of the leadership team have combined financial industry experience in excess of 80 years.

FISC is known for providing innovative services. We introduced image statements in 1995 and online image retrieval in 1997. Newer payment innovations, such as check conversion (ARC), image cash letter processing, and remote deposit capture (both for branches and commercial clients) are available to clients through FISC.
