FISC combines traditional caging methods with advanced data capture and image recognition. Combining document scanning, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and manual processing; FISC electronically captures, manages, and archives web, phone, cash, check and credit card donations. A single consolidated daily file is sent back to the organization for posting into their system.

- Account lookup - when FISC receives a donation without a response device it is compared against a client database to determine the donor identification number. This automation reduces manual exception handling by the client and FISC.
- Images of direct mail responses, checks, and white mail are available online 30 minutes after processing and are retained for up to seven years.
