FISC Solutions has an extensive security program in place to ensure that both the facility and the information we handle are secure. Because FISC is owned by two community banks, we have a significant focus on security and confidentiality. We are held to the same federal standards as banks with regards to the protection of consumer data.

Our staff is thoroughly screened and has extensive experience with handling cash, checks and other sensitive personal information such as credit card numbers, bank account information, and social security numbers.

We comply with the Graham Leach Bliley Act for consumer data protection and are regularly examined by the FDIC to gauge, assess, and rate our security around financial practices. We follow PCI Level 1 practices with the storage, processing, and handling of all credit card data, and employ a Third Party auditing firm to assess operating and technical procedures on an annual basis through the SSAE 16 Type II (formerly SAS 70 Type II) audit process. We also have comprehensive contingency plans for all operational departments.
