As required by law and applicable regulation, FISC is in full compliance with the Privacy of Consumer Financial Information Regulation, 12 CFR 40. This regulation involves the treatment and handling of customer-sensitive information by third party service providers and vendors. The regulation became effective November 13, 2000.
This Policy explicitly states FISC's role in the privacy of consumer financial information and its policies against the disclosure of confidential information. FISC is totally committed to protecting and safeguarding your privacy. It is our policy to treat your personal and financial information with the utmost respect and in accordance with your wishes.
To do this, FISC has implemented several lines of defense to protect you. FISC has taken extensive steps to ensure that any data transmitted by our users cannot be intercepted, viewed or blocked by unauthorized parties.
