Lewiston, December 22, 2009 - FISC Solutions is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Melissa Pratt to Senior Vice President of Finance.

Melissa joined FISC in June 2001 as Controller and was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2006. Prior to joining FISC, Melissa was employed by a national health insurance company, as a Financial Analyst. She has a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. She currently serves on the Advisory Board Chair for the United Valley American Red Cross. Melissa is also a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.

In her role, Melissa is responsible for the management of the finance area of the company and provides strategic financial leadership and supports the evaluation, planning and implementation of corporate strategic initiatives and organizational budget.
